From what age can my child start?
From age 4, in their own kids class with dedicated coaches.
Is Jiu-Jitsu safe?
It is one of the safest martial arts to learn: no strikes in class, sparring is supervised, and you can tap at any moment to stop.
What do I wear to my first class?
Comfortable sportswear without zips or metal. If you continue, we will help you get the right gi.
Do I pay for the first class?
No. Your first class is free, with no commitment. Afterwards we suggest the plan that fits your goals.
